Am-241 source wanted

I am looking for an Am-241 Alpha source.  It is to be a replacement for a 
ruptured source in a physics experiment.  The physical dimensions of the 
source need to be round with less than 3/4" diameter.  The active area of 
the source needs to be about 5mm diameter.  The activity must be between 
100 uCi and 200 uCi.  If anyone had a source fitting this description that 
they would like to sell or give away please contact me.
