Ni-63 standard?

Well, the techical staff has looked high and low, so it's time to post
to radsafe...

We're looking for a Ni-63 liquid scintillation counter standard of about
100 nCi activity, lightly quenched, and hermetically sealed.  There are
larger activities available, but we don't want excess Ni-63 hanging around,
and there's also the problem of sealing the standard properly.  Anyone have
any leads?
