Ni-63 standard

Try to contact Al Mandelblatt at Isotope Products Laboratories.  While he 
was at the Big Ten RSO, I discussed/complained to him about the process I 
had gone thru to make a usable NI-63 LSC standard.  I've since heard from 
Ralph Grunewald that IPL will make NIST traceable LSC standards on 
request, with your desired activity and the fluor of your choice  (I 
guess you send them the vial and the fluor and they do the rest at their 
end).  Again, I'm hearing this second hand but I thought Ralph said the 
cost would be about $600 ---  that is about the price we paid for our 
standard, and we had to further manipulate it once we received it.
