The Quest to Elude Financial Assurance at Colorado College is now out of my
hands.

Thanks to everyone who helped me find my way through the parochial fog.

As it turns out, while the State of Colorado adopted the financial
assurance requirements, they did _not_ officially adopt the table of
isotopes that NRC uses with said financial assurance requirements.

Therefore, I had to reference NRC regs in my letter, specifically Appendix
B to Part 30.
