Thank you everyone for your prompt and informative responses to my
request for info re: Packard LSCs. Before I had a chance to call them,
they called me! The internet becomes ever more pervasive!

Question: What do you all do to document that all of your shipments meet
the requirements of 49 CFR 173.443 (external contamination limits)? Do
you test _all_ of your packages, analyze the wipes, and get the results
before you release a package for shipment? How do you document that?
Example, LSA, limited quantities, instruments and articles, tritium.

Inquiring minds want to know!
