NUREG/CR-5512 is titled _Residual Radioactive Contamination From
Decomissioning_ and is dated October 1992.  The NRC was distributing this
document at the series of public hearings they had in late 1992 to 1993
regarding the proposed rule on decommisioning which was recently published. 
It is probably still available from the government printing office or your
local NRC Regional Headquarters.
