The list of internal dosimetrists might give you a start but I know there's a
lot of names missing from it. It primarily contains DOE people. I would
think that most nuclear power plants have a whole body counter; you might be
able to contact the primary vendors, such as Canberra, for user group
information.
I'd be happy to send the list of dosimetrists if you're interested.
