The intercomparison that ORNL is referencing maybe the pilot testing
I'm doing for the bioassay accreditation progrom.  It has limited
participation, but Tansy Taylor at RESL could give you some information
(208) 526-2191.  Another source of information (maybe better) would be
to contact Tim Lynch at PNL, (509) 376-6281, and get a list of all the 
facilities that have utilized the Phantom Library.
