I'm unsure whether my last message on gaussian models reached  radsafe but i 
have a bit of further info that may help Luis.  Get a hold of IAEA safety series 
No.50-SG-S3, Atmospheric Dispersion in Nuclear Power Plant Siting.  Its a good 
read-lots of charts and graphs.
