If you can get the mammography machine operating parameters then a 
reasonable entrance exposure can be estimated and mid-line and integrated 
dose calculated.

Need to know:

kVp
mAs
Anode material
SID
Compression thickness (5 cm assumed "typical")  (or Focal Spot to entrance 
distance)

Better yet - make and model of the x-ray equipment used would be helpful 
since I am sure many of us have actual measurements made on any given make 
or model machine - and this can resolve some geometry questions.

Otherwise - just plain guestimates will vary widely.
