CDI3 Software

I received a call from Edward Tupin of CDRH requesting that the CDI3 software 
NOT be distributed freely on the internet or the BBS.  Mr. Tupin is responsible
for distribution of the package.  Apparently the authors wish to keep track
of registered users and do not wish the software to be distributed without
the manuals.
