Information needed

As a newly positioned Interim RSO (November 1, 1994), I am currently looking 
for some information in several areas.

1.  X-ray training in quality assurance (contact person, addressees and 
scheduling)
2.  Bio assay's for I-125 and H-3 (protocols, forms, worksheets, etc.)
3.  Charter/By-laws for Radiation and Laser Safety Committee's
