xcomp3r X-ray program (recompiled)

As some of you have noticed I have used a fixed path for the data 
files in XCOMP3R (Friday, 13 Jan 95!). I have recompiled it now and I have 
uploaded again the file XCOMP3R.ZIP (14 Jan 95) to 
ftp://romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu/incoming.
Please wait for the Radsafe-administrator (Thanks to her or him) to 
move it again to 
ftp://romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu/pub/radiation/files/applications.
