Interesting!!  As there are quite a few Physicists within the HPS that are 
NOT also AAPM members - this can hardly be considered to be "speaking with 
one voice" nor representative of the intertests of physicists!

But it DOES explain some "strange" decisions the JCAH has been coming up 
with.
