I131 levels in water

Thanks for the reply postings fellow radsafers. I am only too aware of "derived 
limits" & "constraints" etc, but need to find the WHO recommendations to use 
as general guidance in countries where there are no "Regulations" AT ALL! I 
know they exist, they are often "quoted" by "anti-nuclear" environmental 
pressure groups, and I recollect figures of 1Bq/l I131 for drinking water, 
30 Bq/l for "foul" water.

All help much appreciated.
