Free CFRs on CD-ROM

 FREE CFRs (current thru 1/1/95)
 
 The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations are public
 domain material that may not be copyrighted.
 
 We have the Environmental CFRs (10, 29, 40, 49)
 available on CD-ROM which you
 may obtain AT NO COST. We HOPE you will 
 cover our out-of-pocket cost for production,
 software engine fee that we pay to IBM Corporation
 and the packaging and shipping costs.
 
 This comes to a total of $24.00
 
 If you don't have the money, we simply ask you
 to explain the reasons and we will still forward
 a copy as long as supplies last.

 Included at no cost to you is the BookManager
 Search & Retrieve software engine.

 We will immediately forward your copy along with a
 request for reimbursement of our expenses.
 
 If you would like to assist us in the free (or at least
 very minimal cost) distribution of U.S. Government
 material, please contact me. We need all the help
 we can get.
 
 NOTE: Obviously we don't have an unlimited number of 
 copies available. We will fulfill requests until our
 stock is exhausted.
 
 It is our intention, if all goes well, to update
 each quarter and continue to make it available
