Guide for radiography

I would like to obtain a copy of a document put out by the State of Texas
radiation safety department titled Guide for Radiography or something
similar. Are there any radsafers in Texas who could provide me with a
phone number and address (and the correct title of the publication) of
the State organization that I could order a copy of this guide from?
