SC Senate Finance Committee Approves Barnwell

on 4/14/95 the SC Senate Finance Committee approved the Barnwell extenssion.
The extenstion will be tied in with the State budget.
They proposed to raise the fee to $235 per cubic foot.
It appears from the article the proposal is for the entire nation 
to send waste to SC (except NC).

The next step in the process is the budget debate on or about 4/27/95.
