thanks everyone!

Thank you to everyone that either sent me e-mail or called about the lack
of mail on RADSAFE.  Had no one taken the time to do so, I think that the
problem with mail not leaving the machine might not have been discovered
for an even longer period of time.  Depending on how much e-mail is in the
mail queue versus in the bit bucket, some of you may be getting delayed
mail from me in response to your concern about RADSAFE.
