          A similar article appeared in the Sunday April 16 edition of 
          the San Diego Union as well. The integrity of the source is 
          questionable (news flash) based on the articles' 
          presentation. Principle Investigators here at UCSD who 
          transferred from the New England speak of the stringency 
          associated with the radiation safety programs employed back 
          east.
