I started this thing by expressing frustration at the size of the task that
Kirk wanted.  And speaking from many years of experience in helping people
complete technical tasks that they have little or no experience or training in
- it's frustrating for us civil service types.  BUT the point is I DID NOT
UNDERSTAND what he wanted.  He is not performing the work only trying to get
 a cost estimate.  Sorry Kirk if you are still  out there.
