McMaster University runs a nuclear listserv in conjunction with the
canadian nuclear society. I believe to subscribe to this list one 
sends a message to listproc@mcmail.cis.mcmaster.ca with the message

subscribe CDN-NUCL-L your name

At least that is how I recall doing it.  Try a help message if that
doesn't work.

I cross posted your information request to their list.  I hope you
get a response.
