Regarding Jim Ibsen's request for information on ELF short courses, Rutgers
U. and the Electromagnetic Energy Assn. will be presenting the 8th annual
short course on "Management of Electromagnetic Energy Hazards: Critical Issues
and Relevant Strategies" in Las Vegas from Oct. 16-19.  Contact Jennifer
