Denny,

We're about the same size as you, I think.  We've got 3 M.S. level professional
HPs and two techs (one of our techs does mostly computer work, setting up data-
bases, etc.) and we feel understaffed.  Our responsibilities also include non-
ionizing radiation issues.  If there's any other information I can give you
