If they are making health claims, perhaps they should be reported to the FDA.
Also the CPSC, OSHA, FTC, & FCC.  Many states have consumer protection 
agencies that may be more aggressive than the Feds - if only because of a 
lighter agenda.  UCLA might also be interested in the use of their name.
