I agree it would be a good idea to have email addresses in the membership handbook. I would also like to see a listing by state and institution. For those of us in the university community, we need frequently to send materials to other institutions and don't always know their RSO's name so we have to rely on the investigator giving us a contact number which is rarely the RSO's.
