I think that using the WWW for training purposes is an excellent idea. Access is limited to "wire heads"; however, that is changing. One issue that needs to be considered is how does one receive "credit/recognition" of having been trained. Standards for content and program length, user feedback/course evaluation need to be developed. Then the training becomes meaningful. JERRY THOMAS
