Your WWWeb - Videos (fwd)

Hi all,

A post actually about radiation safety. I just cleaned out my
radsafe box, so I lost the last discussion on training videos. If
someone could write TO this person (e mail) with some ideas, names,
contacts, ect, it would be great. If you post to the radsafe, I will
forward it to her.

G'Day,

ONE OF OUR SCIENTISTS PICKED UP YOUR INFO ON WW WEB.

I am working in the communications area at ANSTO - Australia's Nuclear
RESEARCH Establishment. So far we have been unsuccessful in updating our
three main videos on Ionising Radiation, Isotopes - in medicine and
industry, and the story of the atom or history of atomic energy etc. etc.

Do you have any ideas where we can buy or get hold of videos on these
subjects in the States, treating them maturely, that we can show to the
general public and schools who come to visit our installation? We have
combed the UK and Europe. We want them in English and not on power -
electricity generation - as we are a research facility. Making our own
videos (well) is something beyond our budget.

Keep up the educational good work. We have just updated our Ionising
Radiation pamphlet.
