RAD Safety Training Programs for Colleges and Universities

The Department of Environmental Health and Safety at the University of  
Massachusetts is reviewing the RAD Safety Training Prgrams. 

We are interested in learning what other colleges are using as part of 
their RAD Safety Training program. 

We would like to receive the following information:
 
1. Name of RAD Safety Training Program
 
2. Producer and/or Distributor's Name, address and telephone number.
 
3. Format: 1/2 VHS, floppy disk, CD ROM, etc.
