Surcharge Rebates

HAVE YOU CLAIMED YOUR SHARE YET?

Over $5 million has yet to be claimed from the Department of Energy's 
surcharge rebate program.  If you disposed of radioactive waste in 
Washington, Nevada, or South Carolina in 1990, 1991, or 1992, you are 
probably eligible to get a rebate of about $5 per cubic foot.  For 
additional information see Federal Register Volume 59, Number 62, published 
March 31, 1994, or get in touch with Paul Smith (voice - 208-526-6083; fax - 
208-526-9165; or internet - pps@inel.gov) at the National Low-Level Waste 
Management Program at the INEL.
