Sewer Disposal (a year later)

Good afternoon,

Last summer there was a lot of discussion on this list about disposal of
aqueous rad waste to the sanitary sewer. The NRC published an advance notice in
the Federal Register of proposed rulemaking about the subject in February 1994.
Were there any results of this proposed rule published? I don't remember seeing
anything about it. Was I just asleep, or did this thing blow over for the next
panic-of-the-month?
