Transfer of Exempt Quantities

     Recently there was a question regarding the transfer of an exempt 
     quantity of radioactive material to a facility near Boston. A recent 
     statement from the NRC on this exact issue entitled "No License is 
     Required for a Person to Receive Exempt Quantity Byproduct Material"
