NRC sewer rep

There was some discussion recently about allowable limits for disposal down 
a sewer and a female representative from the NRC gave a good explanation 
about these regs and limits and NRC's perspective.  I erased that note and 
now I would like to have her name.  Does anyone have this info?  Thanks.
