There is NUCON, Columbus ,OH that can handle your needs. Another is Flanders
Filters in ?Wilmington, NC?

Several vendors supply skid mounted ventilation equipment suitable to drawing
suction from the steam generator.

Bartlett Nuclear in Plymouth, MA, there are others , these are the only names
that come to mind at this time.
