There was a fairly extensive study on I-129 in Commonwealth Edison 
plants as part of the Illinois LLW siting program a few years ago.  
As I recall it was done by Vance and Assoc.  Perhaps someone on the 
list from CECo or Chem-Nuclear will have more info.
