The Publications Division of the American Nuclear Society has requested me
to inform our professional colleagues that a new special panel chaired by
Glenn Seaborg and Ambassador Richard Kennedy has issued a reprt on August
22, 1995 titled "Protection and Management of Plutonium."  Copies of this
report are available for a nominal price from ANS H/Q. Mike Diekman of ANS
