There is an IAEA committee working on the problems of Th in industry
right now, so you may want to contact them. I don't know who the IAEA
scientific secretary is, but when in doubt, I contact Dick Griffith, who
is very knowledgable and very helpful. The problem is discussed in depth
in the ancient but still excellent book put out by the AIHA about 40
years ago entitled "Thorium".
Anf, if you've read this far, probably the best source of information
would be the state radiation control group.
Finally, since I didn't mention it in class, I won't rescind your "A+".
