OK, I'm showing my youth, but stop by the campus bookstore of any
university that has a health physics, nuclear engineering, or nuclear
physics program... there should be multiple copies, at about 10 bucks 
a pop.

Inside my well-thumbed copy is an address to write for more books or
the big ol' wall chart.  It is:
