The American Nuclear Society has both an official web page:

http://neutrino.nuc.berkeley.edu/ans/ANS.html

and an unofficial one as well: http://www.ans.neep.wisc.edu/

There is no mention of a listserver function but there is a bulletin
board accesible through the official web page:

http://neutrino.nuc.berkeley.edu/ans/bulletin_board/bulletin_board.html
