Hello folks,  it looks to me from some of the responses that
some have missed that there have been two incidents.  The
first was the NIH which involved a pregnant worker.  The
second most recently posted was apparently at MIT for which no details 
have been posted.  I believe that the MIT possible incident is 
the one generating the failure to report an "unusual" incident
discussion.
