Just a quick caveat:  I was looking for some citations from 10 CFR 20
on the House web page, and got instead a lot of citations to 9 CFR 20 
which looked _exactly_ like 10 CFR 20.  To exclude the remote chance
that some other agency had purloined NRC's reg.s & were offering them 
as their own to bulk up an otherwise pathetic volume of theI made
that long walk across the street to look at the real thing.  9 CFR,
I found, pertains to Animals & there is no 9 CFR 20.  I have informed
the provider of the service, but this incident suggests caution when 
using the electronic versions.
