Skin/Clothing Contamination Data

      RadSafers,
      
      I am looking for a standard industry ratio to show the number of 
      Skin and Clothing contaminations versus radiological area entries.  
      For example the current standard might be: 1 contamination every 
      5,000 rad area entries.
      
      I believe the NRC standard used to be 1 contamination for every 
      10,000 entries.
      
      Can any of you help me locate a specific reference for this 
      standard?  I have not been able to locate a Web site with this 
      information.
