NRC news

     I got the following off of an unnamed (not NRC) web page.  I don't 
     know where the news came from.

     "The NRC agrees with nuclear industry officials who claim some NRC 
     inspectors at reactor facilities apply regulations inconsistently and 
     use mildly extortive measures to exact performance beyond what is 
     required by the commission. In response, the NRC has clarified the 
     role of inspectors and licensees' rights."
