Fire at Nuclear Plants-Rio de Janeiro

The United States' National Fire Protection Association publishes
standards which may help. NFPA 803 gives standards for construction, but
also discusses equipment, detectors, and gives an analysis of hazard areas
with types of expected fires and radiation hazards. NFPA 801 gives similar
information for facilities which handle Radioactive Materials, and NFPA 802
gives standards for Nuclear Research and Production Reactors. In each of
these NFPA standards, there is a list of references and some bibliography,
which includes guides from the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission,
the International Atomic Energy Authority, and American Nuclear Insurers.
