Atmospheric Release Modelling Software - recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations  on atmospheric release 
modelling software?  In particular, I am looking for 
software that will assess the radiation concentrations at 
any given point from a radiation emergency situation (e.g. 
instantaneous release).

I received the RSIC Newsletter today and it listed HOTSPOT7 
which says it does what I need it to do.  Has anyone used 
this software?  Are there any that are better?  I am not 
looking for something specifically for reactors, just a 
large user of biomedical research radioisotopes.

Any information would be appreciated.
