Use of Ir-192 in intercavitary implants

The NRC regulations (10CFR35.400) permit the use of Ir-192 for
interstital treatment of cancer. Does this mean that using Ir-192 for
treatment of bronchial tumors or esophageal tumors is not permitted since
these are intercavitary implants?
