Albert:

I can't be certain, but my guess is that these things contain radium
not strontium. The ones I've encountered with Sr-90 in them were
labelled as such. The ones I've seen with radium say "Poison Inside"
The USRC might stand for US Radium Co. If indeed it is Ra-226, they
contain about 5 microcuries or so.
