"Speed Kills" -- off topic

Okay folks, I really think that the discussion of highway speed limits is  
straying off-topic.  There's been plenty of activity in radsafe (er, no pun  
intended) without the extra traffic (pun intended :-) ) from the speed  
limit discussion.
