INPO Good Practice Guide

      RadSafers,
      
      I am looking for information on the INPO Good Practices Guide.  
      Specifically, I am interested in what INPO would consider "good" 
      radiological Performance Indicators (the number of skin and 
      clothing contaminations are NOT considered a good PI).  A Web Site 
      or some sort of on-line access would be great, or any input from
