RadSafers -- I agree with William G. Nabors comments about the 
CFR's on CD-ROM via Solutions Software, but there is one problem. 
None of the tables or figures are included.  To see/read those 
ALL IMPORTANT FOOTNOTES, you have to refer to a printed version. 
 Some of us have made a career based on those footnotes and the 
"creative" interpretation of the exemptions included therein.  
Without ready access to them, the CD-ROM version of the CFR's is 
not totally satisfactory.  If you can live without the 
tables/figures then the CD-ROM solution is great.
